Jenangleton Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the product price.
Note: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

For returns/exchanges of Jenangleton products bought from other authorized retailers, contact the retailer directly.
Returns Process (excluding Black Friday & Promotions)
To start a return, email official@jenangleton.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send a return label and instructions.
Damaged Items
If items arrive damaged, email official@jenangleton.com within 14 days of delivery with:
