If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned items will be refunded.

Returns Process (excluding Black Friday & other Promotions)

For all returns, contact official@jenangleton.com to request your return label.

Please quote your order number and the item you wish to return. We will advise next steps upon receiving your email.

Damaged Items

If items arrive damaged, send photos of the damaged item plus your order number to official@jenangleton.com with subject line:

DAMAGED

Submission must be within 14 days of receipt.

Items Not Received

If you did not receive your full order, contact us at official@jenangleton.com with subject line:

MISSING ITEM

and include your order number.
